Open Hooping
Lots of hooping coming to the Albany area in 2011! Not only did we have the first hooping fitness class at Maximum Fitness in Troy this past Saturday, there will also be weekly Open 
Hooping at the Tigon Academy in Watervliet! Open hooping will take place every Monday & Wednesday night at Tigon from 7:30pm – 8:30pm for ages 8 and up. Open Hooping is not a class, it is simply a time for hoopers to get together and learn, teach, and play with our hoops! It is open to everyone, even if you have never hooped before come give it a try! It costs just $5 per attendance for nonmembers of Tigon or $15 per month. Tigon is located at 711 3rd Ave. in Watervliet, NY. Hope to see you there!!

wow Ashley this is amazing. awesome. i want to try this, but i know i totally stink at it. maybe i will just go to one of those Tuesday night events. do you need to bring your own hoop…? probably. i should buy one first. peace
Ooo thank you 🙂 you should definitely try it! A friend of mine keeps a bunch of extra hoops at Tigon so there will be plenty to use if you want to come on a Tuesday…that way you can try it without having to buy one
